Recliner Mech Mechanism Tension Actuator Spring That Measures 3 5/8 Inches Total Length. Spring Diameter is 1/2 Inch. The Springs Hooks are Offset 90 Degrees. Each Hook Measures 1/2 Inches Above Coil. This Spring is Specifically Used on Cenro Mechanisms and some Berkline Recliners as well as others with these dimensions. How To:

Turn the recliner over Using pliers or a piece of twine, hook the springs on to the mechanism peg or hole in the metal plate then using pliers or twine pull the opposite hook into the next spring mounting hole.

For best results open the footrest before fitting the spring will make access to the mechanism easier.
