Metal Flapper Recliner Handle and Cable, 31", S Tip, 3 1/8" Exposed Wire

Metal heavy duty recliner sofa love seat car door flapper style outside release handle and cable assembly. This is the larger European style trigger. This also has the shorter exposed steel wire on the end of the mechanism clip. This recliner handle includes the recliner mechanism cable and recliner mechanism clip. These recliner parts are perfect for your furniture restoration project. This HEAVY DUTY recliner handle will last much longer and can take more stress than other handles without breaking. It should last you much longer ! Oval pull type recliner release handle that goes on the outside of the chair or sofa - from clip on bottom to end of s-shaped wire approx. 3 1/8 in - the cable length is approx. 31 in - the oval is approx. 4 1/2 x 2 5/8 inch - inexpensive easy way to repair your reclining sofa or chair.

Make sure to measure your broken cable's exposed wire, or the length of the wire when the lever is not retracted outside of the cable housing. A replacement cable can be longer, or shorter, but if the exposed wire length isn't exact the lever action isn't going to activate the recliner mechanism properly, or feel 'squishy'.
