This replacement cable has a 2.25 inch exposed wire with assist spring. The 5mm Hoop is compatible with La-Z-Boy flapper style handles. It also features an S tip. The overall length is 35 inches This is for the cable only. You must have the flapper trigger for this to work with your recliner.

Make sure to measure your broken cable's exposed wire, or the length of the wire when the lever is not retracted outside of the cable housing. A replacement cable can be longer, or shorter, but if the exposed wire length isn't exact the lever action isn't going to activate the recliner mechanism properly, or feel 'squishy'.
